Gaming Business Services Limited was founded by Oliver Zammit, an accountant by profession who has been involved in the gaming industry for more than ten years both as an auditor and consultant for major gaming clients and as a finance director of a listed gaming company.

An applicant for a remote gaming licence shall submit in writing to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority for the approval of the specifications of the control system the applicant intends to use during his operations. Oliver Zammit
Managing Director

Oliver is the founder and Managing Director of Gaming Business Services. For seven years he held the post of Finance Director of a listed online gaming company. During this period Oliver was also appointed Key Official of the group, responsible to set up and maintain the group operations in accordance with the Malta remote gaming regulations and was vital in the licensing process and the adherence to the provisions of the relevant legislations. Prior to that he worked as an Audit Manager with a leading mid-tier audit firm where he managed a number of audits and other assignments of gaming companies.

Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree in 2003 and a Masters in Financial Services in 2008 from the University of Malta. He is a Certified Public Accountant, fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors.
